In practice
Knauf Belgium signed an agreement with a Belgian DIY Retailer to provide store demonstrations in its branches.
A bilingual team of technical installers/demonstrators was professionally trained.
The transfer of expertise from Knauf for setting up the modular plasterboard installation took place in two stages.
Firstly, there was a technical training course at the factory site in Engis, and then internal training was provided at All Fields in Rumst.
